All clients are required to give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid a fee. If the client cancels in less than that 24 hour time frame, 50% of the service will be deducted. If the client cancels the day of the appointment or no call, no shows the appointment, 100% of the service schedule will be deducted. If a client is at least 15 minutes late and does not notify the stylist, 50% of the service will be deducted and the client will be asked to reschedule. This will be put towards the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your continued love and support.
